Welcome to Fera! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fera mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Fera ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Fera, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fera is a social platform designed for food enthusiasts to discover, share, and connect over culinary content. Our Service includes:

• Content Sharing: Post food photos, recipes, and culinary experiences
• Social Features: Follow food creators, engage with content, and interact with other users
• Messaging: Communicate with other users through our messaging system
• AI Assistant: Access AI-powered food recommendations and identification
• Discovery: Explore featured creators and recommended food content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Fera, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fera. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post, upload, or share on Fera ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or share any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional materials without authorization
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Fera in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collecting user information without consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Fera, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Fera or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. AI Assistant Service

Our AI Assistant provides food recommendations and identification services. While we strive for accuracy, the AI Assistant's responses are provided "as is" and should not be considered professional nutritional or medical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for dietary or health-related concerns.

8. Blocking and Reporting

Users have the ability to block other users and report inappropriate content. We take reports seriously and will investigate violations of these Terms. Blocked users will not be able to view your content or interact with you.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Fera, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links

Fera may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fera, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fera operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
